Project Report
Mesh has had a long involvement in all stages of the Armstrong Creek Developments, spanning from design to planning and from strategic to statutory planning.

This is what we did
Mesh was engaged by the developer consortium as lead consultant to design and prepare the Armstrong Creek West Precinct Structure Plan (PSP), a high level structural plan, which is anticipated to set the framework for delivery of a Community of 14,000 people.
Mesh was then engaged to prepare a large-scale master planned community comprising approximately 2,000 lots, a neighbourhood activity centre and a range of community facilities. The master plan prepared by Mesh focuses on the Armstrong Creek and promotes connectivity to and interaction with the creek.
This is how we did it
Mesh prepared/collated all inputs for the Development Contributions Plan, including commissioning of designs, strategic justification for projects and preparation of land budgets and negotiation regarding apportionment.
Mesh also provided the consortium expert advice on the ACW DCP, which included an in-depth review of the prepared DCP, with regard to methodology, implementation and overall structure. This involved providing expert evidence at both the Armstrong West and East DCP planning panels.
