Bronwyn is a highly skilled statutory and strategic planner who specialises in the implementation and delivery of growth areas within local government and on behalf of developers.
Bronwyn has over two decades of experience working in both the public and private sectors as a planner, and formerly in the planning and local government law sector.
Bronwyn has the ability to balance the needs of both government and developers. These skills have seen Bronwyn be highly sought after in relation to problem-solving and collaboration and finding pathways forward on complex projects. These skills have contributed to Bronwyn being recognised as an experienced solutions focussed, dynamic leader in the industry.
Bronwyn has also led a number of large strategic planning processes having prepared several Structure Plans on behalf of Government. Bronwyn has also advocated for developers through a range of strategic planning processes. This has included advising ,navigating and advocating strategic planning pathways for land within both a metropolitan and regional context.
An additional skill of Bronwyn’s is her strong understanding of legal implications in regard to planning. Bronwyn has significant experience in drafting, negotiating and implementing Section 173 Agreements, land acquisitions and Deeds of Agreements.
