Erica’s background in both planning and urban design motivates her ambition to see quality and innovative urban outcomes that have a net positive impact for both the client and the community.

Erica’s skill set encompasses both planning and project formulation advice, the management of complex projects, strategic plan preparation and placemaking, urban renewal and community engagement.

Erica has experience in assisting with the preparation of expert evidence statements for a range of VCAT matters and Panel Hearings.

Erica has a particular interest in urban strategy and design issues. Her experience in the Victorian planning system has involved advice and project facilitation for a range

of medium and high-density residential developments, institutional buildings, commercial and retail developments and recreational uses, for a range of clients.
