Jo has extensive experience in the public (local and state) and private sectors, and specialises in infrastructure funding and strategic plan preparation, implementation, and review.

Her expertise and knowledge affords her the ability to deliver both metropolitan and regional projects with a strong implementation focus.  

She is a clear and confident communicator and adopts an evidence-based approach to her work. She regularly facilitates training programs to build the capability and capacity of organisations that enables them to adopt a proactive approach to infrastructure planning.
